BetLive KYC Verification Process
BetLive runs KYC checks to confirm who you are, where you live, and that the payment method belongs to you. Verification is requested at registration in some cases, and it also triggers when you try to withdraw, change personal details, or when account activity needs an extra compliance check.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Upload a clear colour photo of a valid passport or national ID. BetLive checks full name, date of birth, document number, expiry date, and the photo. The image must show all four corners, with no glare, blur, or edits; screenshots are rejected.
- Address proof: Provide a document dated within the last 90 days that shows your full name and current residential address. BetLive accepts a utility bill (electricity, gas, water), bank statement, or a government letter. Mobile phone bills and parcel labels are not accepted.
- Payment method: If you fund the account with a bank card, BetLive asks for a photo of the card showing your name and the last 4 digits. Hide the middle digits and CVV before uploading; BetLive only needs proof of ownership, not full card data. For e-wallets, BetLive asks for a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing your name/email and the wallet ID, plus a transaction line that matches a BetLive deposit.
Timing depends on document quality and queue load. Straightforward submissions are reviewed within 2–24 hours, and complex cases can take up to 72 hours. If anything is missing or unreadable, BetLive pauses the review and the timer resets after you upload the corrected files.
Until KYC is approved, BetLive can block withdrawals, limit deposit sizes, or freeze balance movements linked to the payment method under review. Once approved, the account stays verified unless you change your name, address, or payment method, or the document expires.
Current state: BetLive KYC uses three checks—identity, address, and payment ownership—with typical approval in under a day when documents are clean and current.
